Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of handmade products, please expect slight variants in alignment, fonts, and design. If your item arrives to you damaged or misspelled (I’m only human, guys), I am more than happy to discuss options to correct the error. This could look like a product exchange, replacement, or shop credit. Please contact me within 10 business days with photos and description of error. If items are not damaged or incorrect, I do not typically offer an exchange, but am happy to review on a case by case basis. Please understand that each piece is hand crafted, and not meant to be “perfect”.

What is your turnaround time?

I try to get orders made and shipped within 3-5 business days. Depending on my work load, this may vary time to time, but please know I am working my booty off to release your Sweet Thyme goods out into the wild as quickly as I can!

What Are Spoon Swoon Drops

Spoon Swoon Drops are small batch unique, rare, one of a kind pieces I release on a monthly basis. They typically include a variety of functions, including anywhere between sugar shell teaspoons, serving pieces, rings, and tea steepers. They sell out quickly and are hard to come by! Do you still have an etsy shop? And How Is your new shop structured differently?

After 8 years of selling my wares through Etsy, I have finally decided to branch out on my own. While I still have access to my shop (and can return to it at any time), I am currently trying out a new shop structure with the hope of alleviating some stress on my end. Instead of having thousands of options to choose from at any give time, I have structured each listing to be customizable. Once an item is added to your shopping cart, a form will pop up for you to fill out with the details of your desired piece. Not only will this make shopping way more manageable, it means you are receiving a unique, one of a kind piece created specifically with you in mind.

Do you still offer custom pieces?

YES! I am happy to work with you on personalized pieces with you and your loved ones in mind. Almost all of the STAPLE offerings are built to be customized. I have set up my listings so that it is easy for you to request the phrase and design of your choosing, while also providing inspiration to help get your creative juices flowing through the product photos within each item listed. This enables you to get as creative as you want, while also making it fun for me to make each piece, as they will all be true one of a kind designs just for you!

i miss seeing you at the farmer’s markets! will you return to local markets in the future?

I miss my Farmer’s Market Fam SO MUCH! Right before the pandemic hit back in 2020, I naturally took two months off from markets to open up a Brick and Mortar Shop (hi, Moon Thyme) with my friend and business partner, Alex (hi Milk Moon). I had every intention of returning to market once our doors were open, however, 2020 had other plans for us all! Once COVID hit full force, I decided to take a break from markets all together until things settled down a bit so I could focus solely on keeping our heads above water. Thanks to y’all, my online sales went through the roof during that time (THANK YOU isn’t enough), and ever since then, I haven’t been able to fully commit to market life like I once had. I am now beginning to apply to larger shows again, with the hope of slinging spoons in this wonderful Austin community that I adore so much. I will keep you all posted on in person events as things begin to unfold.
